Andrew J. Hull is an assistant U.S. attorney in the Affirmative Civil Enforcement Unit for the Western District of Michigan. Mr. Hull investigates and prosecutes health care fraud under the False Claims Act and opioid diversion by practitioners and pharmacies under the Controlled Substances Act. Previously, Mr. Hull worked at a boutique food and drug law firm in Washington, DC, defending drug and device companies facing government investigations, and as an attorney at the Drug Enforcement Administration.
