Scott R. Eldridge focuses his practice on management-side labor and employment law, governmental litigation, and commercial litigation. He represents colleges and universities, municipalities, nonprofits, public bodies, government contractors, and commercial enterprises in state court, federal court, and administrative tribunals, as well as in the Michigan appellate courts. Mr. Eldridge is a member of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan, the American Bar Association, and the Ingham County Bar Association. He is the chair of the Health and Human Resources Committee of the Michigan Chamber of Commerce, a barrister of the Michigan State University Inn of Court, and a board member of the Greater Lansing Society for Human Resource Management. Mr. Eldridge was named a Rising Star by Michigan Super Lawyers in 2008 and has been listed as a Super Lawyer from 2011 to the present. A frequent speaker at conferences and seminars, he is the editor of "Employment Law Handbook: A Guide for Michigan Employers," published annually by the Michigan Chamber of Commerce.
