Jennifer T. Dillow concentrates her practice in the area of creditors' rights and has extensive experience with collection litigation and judgment enforcement. Ms. Dillow has prior experience with defending claims brought under federal and state consumer protection statutes, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Detroit Bar Association, and the Business Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan. Ms. Dillow served on the board of directors for the Michigan Creditors Bar Association from 2011 to 2016 and was named a Rising Star in creditor's rights by Michigan Super Lawyers every year from 2012 through 2020.
