Fatima M. Bolyea is an attorney with the firm in Southfield, Michigan, where she practices complex commercial litigation. Ms. Bolyea represents a wide range of business clientele with a focus on small businesses and family-owned companies. She handles shareholder, member, and partnership disputes; drafts and negotiates contracts and governing corporate documents; and counsels clients on sophisticated business and employment issues. Ms. Bolyea is the immediate past chair of the Litigation Section of the State Bar of Michigan (SBM) and has been recognized by "Michigan Lawyers Weekly" as an Up and Coming Lawyer in 2017 and by Michigan Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in business litigation from 2018 to 2023. She is a member of the SBM's Representative Assembly and serves on the Special Issues Committee. Ms. Bolyea is passionate about staying involved with the community and is part of the Programming Committee of the Michigan Center for Civic Education. She also serves on the Small Business Committee of the Arab American Women's Business Council.
