Sarah McCormick is the Director of Legal Service Delivery in the firm's Innovation Department. Ms. McCormick leads the firm’s legal project management team and has expertise in process improvement, practice technology and data analytics. She is responsible for the strategic expansion of services available to clients through the firm’s application of advanced legal project management, process optimization, and the strategic adoption of practice technology tools. Ms. McCormick also assists with implementation of Honigman FOCUS, the firm’s innovative legal service delivery model, and leads the operational effort for both Legal Project Management and Honigman Review Solutions, the firm's dedicated due diligence center. She is also an adjunct professor of legal operations at Michigan State University College of Law, and a member of the Legal Value Network and the American Bar Association.
