Laura J. Eisele founded the firm in 2014. Ms. Eisele represents businesses, professional service firms, and individuals in complex litigation, including business, bankruptcy, real estate, probate, commercial, and contract disputes. Her practice also encompasses business law, corporate governance, and in-house counsel support, which inform her litigation and advisory work. Ms. Eisele also counsels clients on business strategies to minimize conflict and resolve disputes prior to litigation. Before founding her firm, Ms. Eisele served as associate general counsel to AlixPartners, an international consulting firm, was a partner in the Detroit office of Foley & Lardner, and was an equity partner at Dykema. She is a past chair of the Detroit Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association, a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, a past chair of the Michigan Chapter of the International Women's Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation, and a member of the Business Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan.
