Keri Middleditch has more than 10 years of experience handling issues of divorce, custody, parenting time, paternity, child support, property settlement, juvenile guardianships, adoptions, termination of parental rights, same-sex parenting time agreements, personal protection orders, and grandparents' rights. She also serves as a Guardian ad Litem to minor children, often in the middle of their parents' custody battle. Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Middleditch was an assistant Oakland County prosecutor, where she was chief of the Juvenile Justice Division. She supervised over 3,000 cases annually in the Family Division of the Oakland County Circuit Court. Ms. Middleditch handles emotionally charged cases and trials and complex marital and separate property matters. She has been recognized as an "Up & Coming Lawyer" by Michigan Lawyers Weekly and a Super Lawyer, "Rising Star." Ms. Middleditch is an active speaker on various family law issues and has authored an article published by the Journal of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. She is an adjunct professor at Cooley Law School where she has taught for the past 5 years.
