Adam Troy Ratliff is a partner at the firm. As a trial and appellate litigator, Mr. Ratliff focuses on complex and high-stakes matters, advising clients at all stages of business and contractual disputes from pre-litigation planning through trial or arbitration and on appeal. He has particular experience in the automotive supply chain counseling automotive clients on a variety of supply chain disputes, having both successfully obtained and defended against emergency injunctions. Mr. Ratliff has experience representing clients before both state and federal courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court. He is licensed to practice in Michigan, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Mr. Ratliff has been recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers since 2022 and included by "The Best Lawyers in America" on the Ones to Watch list for Detroit appellate practice and criminal defense--white collar from 2021 to 2023.
