Danielle F. Bass is a partner at the firm. She focuses her practice on transactional matters involving information technology and intellectual property, with an emphasis on commercial relationships. Ms. Bass drafts and negotiates various commercial agreements regarding the development, licensing, and use of intellectual property and technology--including related maintenance and support agreements--as well as outsourcing and service arrangements. She also counsels clients on entertainment and other media matters. Ms. Bass is a lecturer at the University of Michigan Law School and the University of Chicago Law School, where she teaches transactional drafting and a one of a kind practical course on technology transactions. She serves as a board member and vice president for the Detroit chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth. Ms. Bass was recognized by "Crain's Detroit Business" as a Notable Woman in Law in 2021. She was a member of the Order of the Coif at the University of Michigan Law School.
