Courtney Marie Sierra is a partner at the firm, where she dedicates her practice exclusively to family law, with a particular focus on complex divorce, custody, parenting time, and support matters. Before becoming an attorney, she worked as a psychiatric rehabilitation therapist. Ms. Sierra previously served as chair of the Family Law Section of the Grand Rapids Bar Association and continues to serve on its board. She also serves on ICLE’s Family Law Advisory Board. She has been selected to Michigan Rising Stars by Super Lawyers for five consecutive years, from 2022 through 2026, and has been recognized as a Top Lawyer by Grand Rapids Magazine in 2023, 2025, and 2026. Ms. Sierra previously served as chair of the Family Law Section of the Grand Rapids Bar Association and continues to serve on its board. She also serves on ICLE’s Family Law Advisory Board.
