Fawzeih Daher represents a wide range of corporate clients in the resolution of complex commercial and general business disputes. She has particular experience in appellate litigation and has appeared before the Michigan Court of Appeals, the Michigan Supreme Court, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Ms. Daher has represented clients in a wide variety of civil defense matters, including professional malpractice, auto liability, premises liability, and general liability. Her practice also includes trial-level brief writing, particularly at the summary disposition stage. Ms. Daher has been included on the 2024 Ones to Watch list for appellate practice and commercial litigation by "The Best Lawyers in America" and was recognized as a Rising Star in appellate by Michigan Super Lawyers in 2022 and 2023. She is an executive council member for both the Young Lawyers Section and Appellate Practice Section of the State Bar of Michigan as well as a member of the Detroit Bar Association and Oakland County Bar Association. Ms. Daher is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
