Jewel M. Haji is an attorney in the litigation department at the firm. She concentrates her practice on complex commercial litigation matters, including shareholder disputes and issues arising out of private equity transactions. Ms. Haji authors Litigation Trends Analysis alerts for the firm, which assess topics in legal news and cases on the rise, and recently coauthored an article on environmental, social, and corporate governance that was published by the Michigan Bar Journal. She also serves on the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion Workgroup and the Attorney Development Committee. Ms. Haji serves as a director at-large on the state board for the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan, as the chair of the Mentoring & Student Relations Committee for the University of Detroit Mercy Alumni Board, and on the Diversity Committee of the Young Lawyers Section of the State Bar of Michigan. She is also a member of the Detroit Bar Association and the Chaldean American Chamber of Commerce.
