Lawrence Shoffner practices in the areas of commercial leasing and general real estate law. He is a past chair of the Real Property Law Section (RPLS) of the State Bar of Michigan (SBM), a member of the RPLS council since 2000, a past chair of the RPLS Special Committee on Commercial Leasing, and a past member of SBM's Publications and Website Advisory Committee. Mr. Shoffner is the author of numerous articles on commercial leasing and real estate law for the "Michigan Real Property Review" and the "Michigan Bar Journal." He is a frequent speaker for ICLE, RPLS, and many other organizations, including the American Bar Association and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
