Gregg A. Nathanson practices in the areas of real estate, environmental, corporate, finance, and business law. He served on the State Bar of Michigan's (SBM's) Real Property Law Section Governing Council and is a member of the Section's Residential Transactions and Finance Committee. Mr. Nathanson is also a member of the Michigan Land Title Association (MLTA), the Environmental Law and Business Law Sections of the SBM, the American Bar Association, and the Oakland County Bar Association. He is a member of the board of directors of the Commercial Board of Realtors (CBOR) and chairs CBOR's Forms Committee and Education Committee. Mr. Nathanson is a former member of the board of directors of Habitat for Humanity of Michigan. He is a frequent speaker for ICLE, CBOR, the MLTA, and other organizations in his areas of expertise and has published numerous articles in real property law and business journals. In addition, Mr. Nathanson is a licensed real estate broker.
