Nancy L. Little practices in the areas of estate planning, estate and gift tax, estate and trust administration, probate litigation, and guardianships and conservatorships. She is a past chair of the State Bar of Michigan's Probate and Estate Planning Section and served as editor of the section's "Michigan Probate and Estate Planning Journal" for 20 years. Ms. Little is also a member of the Ingham County Bar Association. She is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, is listed in "The Best Lawyers in America" and Michigan Super Lawyers in the category of trusts and estates and trusts and estates litigation, and was named among the Top 50 Women in Michigan and Top 100 Lawyers in Michigan by Super Lawyers. "The Best Lawyers in America" and "Crain's Detroit Business" named her Lawyer of the Year for the Lansing area in trusts and estates (2015) and trust and estate litigation (2013), and "Hour Detroit" magazine recognized her as one of the Top 25 Women Lawyers in Michigan. Ms. Little is a frequent lecturer on trust- and estate-related topics.
