Nicole E. Wilinski concentrates her practice in insurance coverage litigation. She has extensive experience representing insurance carriers in complex coverage disputes in state and federal courts across Michigan and the Midwest, with particular depth in environmental and construction defect matters. As part of her practice, Ms. Wilinski routinely consults and advises her insurer clients on claims involving first party property damage, construction defects, fraud and misrepresentation, occupational and accident injury claims, personal and advertising injury, school abuse and discrimination, and bodily injury. She is a past chair of the State Bar of Michigan's Insurance and Indemnity Law Section and serves as president of the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan Foundation. Ms. Wilinski is a member of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel (FDCC) and DRI - The Voice of the Defense Bar. She is also a member and past director at large of the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan and a member and past president of the Oakland Women’s Bar Association.
