Jennifer A. Engelhardt concentrates her practice in the area of negligence with a focus on medical malpractice and has enjoyed success at both the trial and appellate levels. Ms. Engelhardt is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the American Association for Justice, the Michigan Association for Justice (MAJ), the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan, and the Washtenaw County Bar Association. She serves as the medical malpractice cochair to the MAJ's Amicus Committee. Ms. Engelhardt has repeatedly been named a Michigan Super Lawyer by Super Lawyers and a Rising Star before that. She was selected by "Michigan Lawyers Weekly" as a member of the Women in the Law Class of 2021. At Wayne State University Law School, Ms. Engelhardt served as the editor in chief of the moot court program.
