Jennifer Mercier has spent more than 25 years in the manufacturing and service industries. Her career is now focused on coaching, professional leadership facilitation, and leadership curriculum development and implementation. Ms. Mercier previously served as director of leadership development at Lawrence Technological University. She has received certificates in team development, behavioral interviews, and culture assessment and is a member of the International Coaching Federation. Ms. Mercier received her MBA from Saginaw Valley State University.
