William K. Fahey works with public utilities and local governments across Michigan, concentrating on complex appeals, public projects, intergovernmental cooperation, energy law, and zoning and planning. He regularly presents on state and local government legal issues and has served as an adjunct professor at Cooley Law School. A member of the State Bar of Michigan since 1977, Mr. Fahey participates in its Government Law, Administrative and Regulatory Law, and Appellate Practice Sections.
