Michael A. Robbins is managing partner of his own firm and specializes exclusively in the area of divorce and family law. He is a fellow and past president of the Michigan chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. Mr. Robbins is also a fellow in the International Academy of Family Lawyers, a past chair of the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan, and a past president of the Michigan Inter-Professional Association on Marriage, Divorce, and the Family. He has not only been listed in "The Best Lawyers in America" in family law, he was also featured in "Newsweek" as one of the eight leaders in family law in the United States. Mr. Robbins has been named one of the Top 100 Lawyers in Michigan by "The New York Times" and Super Lawyers. A frequent lecturer on the subject of divorce and family law, he has appeared as a guest on the television programs "Good Morning America," "The Today Show," and "CBS Good Morning," as well as several other television and radio interviews. Mr. Robbins has also taught family law and authored various articles, including "Divorce in Michigan."
