C. Kim Shierk practices in the area of real estate law. She is a member and past chair of the State Bar of Michigan's Real Property Law Section Council and has previously served as chair of the Section's Committee on Condominiums, PUDs, and Cooperatives and the Michigan Land Title Standards Committee. Ms. Shierk has lectured extensively for ICLE and other organizations on real estate issues and has authored and coauthored a number of articles on real estate law.
