Joyce A. Draganchuk was chief judge of the 30th Circuit Court and retired at the end of 2024. Before her election to the bench in 2004, she served in the Ingham County prosecuting attorney's office for 17 years and was the chief assistant prosecutor from 2001 to 2004. She is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Ingham County Bar Association, and the American College of Business Court Judges, as well as a fellow of the Ingham County Bar Foundation and a life fellow of the Michigan State Bar Foundation. She has been a frequent lecturer and panelist for the Michigan Judicial Institute and the Young Lawyers Section of the Ingham County Bar Association. She has been a regular guest teacher at local high schools.
