Amy N. Morrissey practices in the areas of estate planning, trust and estate administration, and probate litigation and has served as a mediator. She is a former chair of the Probate and Estate Planning Section of the State Bar of Michigan and is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. Ms. Morrissey is a past president of the Washtenaw Estate Planning Council and a former chair of the Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Washtenaw County Bar Association. She has been named a Michigan Super Lawyer by Super Lawyers in the area of estate planning and probate. A frequent lecturer and author for ICLE, Ms. Morrissey has spoken on estate planning and administration topics, including estate planning for retirement benefits.
