With more than three decades of experience in the employee benefits arena, Lisa B. Zimmer counsels employers in the design, documentation, implementation and compliance of their 401(k) plans, pension plans and nonqualified deferred compensation arrangements. Drawing on her experience working in human resources prior to practicing law, she advises a broad range of mid- to large corporations, including multinational companies.
