Melissa Collar serves as chief legal officer and vice president of strategic partnerships at the company. Ms. Collar leads the legal team, providing counsel for the company’s real estate development, architecture, construction, brokerage and property management arms. She serves as a member of the executive leadership team and board of directors, works with the CFO on the company’s risk management activities and assists with the company’s strategic plan. Ms. Collar’s role includes establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with clients, partners and governmental entities. She launched and heads the women’s initiative to develop and retain women in the construction industry, and also serves on the diversity, equity and inclusion leadership team and acts as the supervising associate broker for the company’s two brokerage firms.
