Laura L. Brownfield is the general counsel of the foundation, assisting the president and staff in day-to-day management. She also assists in structuring transactions involving the donation of complex assets to the foundation and in implementing gifting policies and procedures. Ms. Brownfield works with individuals, businesses, and their professional advisors to ascertain the donors’ charitable giving objectives and to implement strategies to accomplish their philanthropic goals.
