Melissa L. Hirn is a partner at the firm as well as the president and owner of Sphere HR & Risk Masters, LLC, an employment law and risk management compliance consulting company. Ms. Hirn advises many organizations on employment law compliance, business law, and on insurance-related issues. She previously was employed as a judicial attorney for a circuit court judge in Wayne County, Michigan. Ms. Hirn serves on the Insurance & Indemnity Section Counsel of the State Bar of Michigan and chairs the Programming Committee. Additionally, she has earned the nationally recognized certifications of accredited advisor in insurance and associate in risk management. Ms. Hirn has also been published in many legal and other publications, including "The Michigan Bar Journal" and "Michigan Lawyers Weekly."
