Brian R. Jenney helps families and individuals with elder law and special needs issues as well as estate planning and administration. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, Oakland County Bar Association, and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He was named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers from 2008-2010 and 2012-2013, and was also selected for inclusion in the 2011 issue of Michigan Super Lawyers featuring the top 5 percent of Michigan attorneys in the practice area of elder law. Mr. Jenney has also been selected by his peers for inclusion in "The Best Lawyers in America" in the field of elder law. He has been included in the "Best Lawyers" listing since 2010.
