Hon. Jennifer S. Callaghan was elected to the Oakland County Probate Court in November 2016. Prior to her election, she served as associate attorney for Oakland County public administrator John Yun. A graduate of Wayne State University Law School, Ms. Callaghan is currently a member of the State Bar of Michigan and its Probate and Estate Planning Section. Before joining John Yun, PC, Ms. Callaghan was an assistant attorney general with the Child and Youth Services and Driver License Restoration Divisions and later founded the general practice firm of Callaghan, PLC. She entered probate practice through guardian ad litem appointments in guardianship and conservatorship cases in Oakland County.
