Hon. Marcy A. Klaus has been a probate judge since 2013 and was previously in general practice in Michigan and Texas since 1997. Judge Klaus is a member of the Michigan Probate Judges Association, Central Michigan Probate Judges Association, the Michigan Bar Association, and the Texas Bar Association. She has been an active member of her local civic organizations and is currently the board president of the Pere Marquette District Library. Judge Klaus has served as an adjunct professor for Mid Michigan College and as a mentor.
