Tracy M. Clark practices in the areas of bankruptcy and insolvency. Ms. Clark is admitted to practice in the courts of Michigan, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States. She is a member of the Federal Bar Association, the State Bar of Michigan, the American Bankruptcy Institute, the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees, and the Consumer Bankruptcy Association (Eastern District of Michigan). Ms. Clark also serves as a certified arbitrator for the national Better Business Bureau Auto Line Program, assisting in the resolution of vehicle warranty disputes. She has published several articles and is a frequent speaker on the topics of bankruptcy and insolvency.
