Gail M. Towne is an attorney in private practice focusing in domestic relations law with an emphasis on alternative dispute resolution. She is a partner with one of the oldest multipractice firms in downtown Kalamazoo. Ms. Towne is an experienced litigator, collaborative practitioner, and mediator. She is a former council member of the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan (SBM), where she still serves on both its Amicus and Domestic Relations Court Forms Committees. Ms. Towne is also a member of the SBM's Representative Assembly, as well as the SBM's Probate and Estate Planning and Alternative Dispute Resolution Sections. She is an appointed member of the Attorney Grievance Commission, serving as a hearing panelist. Ms. Towne likewise continues to serve on the Friend of the Court Advisory Committee of the State Court Administrator’s Office.
