Practicing in the areas of government policy and general corporate law, Jason T. Hanselman focuses on issues related to state and local government, including education, nonprofit compliance, election law, casino gaming, and general corporate matters. He regularly works on corporate issues for profit and nonprofit entities and assists government entities with all aspects of governance. Mr. Hanselman serves on the boards of several nonprofit corporations and public entities, including being the president of the Ingham County Bar Association and serving on both the Dewitt Board of Education and the Michigan Unarmed Combat Commission (f/k/a the Michigan Boxing Commission). Before joining Dykema, he worked for the Michigan Supreme Court, State Court Administrative Office, the U.S. Internal Revenue Service's Legal Division, and the Michigan House of Representatives.
