After 25 years in private practice, Janet Ramsey now leads disputes and litigation strategy for the North American region of the corporation. In private practice, she worked in the areas of general commercial litigation and intellectual property litigation, with a focus on advertising and marketing law issues. Her litigation experience includes multiweek jury trials in federal court on topics ranging from steam dryers to Taco Bell's use of a "psycho Chihuahua" character. Ms. Ramsey is a member of the faculty and steering committee of the Hillman Advocacy Program.
