Nakisha N. Chaney is of counsel at the firm, where she practices employment and civil rights law. She also serves as a mediator and independent investigator and teaches Civil Rights Litigation and Mediation at the University of Michigan Law School. Ms. Chaney has written articles and been a featured speaker on issues of employment litigation, sexual harassment, workplace investigations, and human trafficking. She has been recognized by the Washtenaw County Bar Association with its Martin Luther King, Jr., "I Have A Dream" Award; by the Human Trafficking Legal Center as a Litigator of the Year; and by the State Bar of Michigan's Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Section with its Hero of ADR Award.
