Amanda K. Mason practices in the areas of family law (child abuse and neglect), juvenile delinquency, criminal law, probate law (guardianships and mental health), municipal law, and cannabis law. Before starting her solo firm, Ms. Mason was an Oakland County assistant prosecutor from 2006 to 2017 and an Isabella County assistant prosecutor from 2004 to 2006. She is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Federal Bar Association, and the Oakland County Bar Association. Ms. Mason previously taught at the Oakland Community College Police Academy for several years, teaching juvenile law and child abuse and neglect law; developed and taught Department of Health and Human Service training for child protective services and foster care; and lectured at multiple events regarding child abuse and neglect law, juvenile law, and related topics. Ms .Mason is also a City Attorney for the City of Hazel Park.
