Ronda Tate Truvillion is a shareholder and cochair of the Litigation Group at the firm, where she counsels management on labor and employment matters and practices commercial litigation along with insurance defense. She represents clients ranging from Fortune 500 corporations to local nonprofits, starting at the investigation phase though litigation and appeal, as well as during arbitration and administrative proceedings. Ms. Tate Truvillion is a past council member of the State Bar of Michigan's Labor and Employment Section and former president of the Wolverine Bar Association. A frequent speaker on employment and diversity topics for a myriad of organizations, she also serves as secretary and trustee of the Michigan State Bar Foundation. In recognition of her dedication to professional excellence and public service, she was selected for the inaugural listing of the "Crain's Detroit Business" Notable Women Lawyers in Michigan and awarded the Straker Bar Association's Trailblazer Award. Ms. Tate Truvillion is also a past recipient of the State Bar of Michigan's Regeana Myrick Outstanding Young Lawyer Award and the "Michigan Lawyers Weekly" Up and Coming Lawyers Award, among numerous other distinctions.
