Allyson A. Miller is senior vice president and general counsel at her company. In her role, she negotiates collective bargaining agreements, regularly conducts discrimination and harassment prevention training, and counsels management on preventive best practices for a wide range of labor and employment issues related to employee policies, accommodation obligations, discipline, and discharge. Before joining Greektown Casino-Hotel as its assistant general counsel and later transitioning to senior labor and employment counsel at JACK Entertainment, Ms. Miller was a labor and employment associate at both Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, PC, and Dickinson Wright, PLLC. She also served as a law clerk to Hon. Cornelia G. Kennedy of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit.
