Alexis Lupo serves as the Corporations Division director with the State of Michigan. Ms. Lupo oversees the review and filing of business entity documents for the formation, continuation, and growth of corporations, limited liability companies, limited partnerships, limited liability partnerships, and trademarks. She is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and serves on the Business Law Council as well as the Corporate Laws and LLC & Partnerships Committees of the Business Law Section. Ms. Lupo is a graduate of Purdue University and Cooley Law School. She also serves as immediate past president for the International Association of Commercial Administrators, which is comprised of government officials responsible for business registries and secured transaction systems around the world.
