Tad T. Roumayah represents employees who face discrimination, harassment, and retaliation in the workplace. Mr. Roumayah regularly litigates claims on behalf of his clients under federal and state employment laws including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Michigan Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act, and the Michigan Whistleblowers’ Protection Act. He is admitted to practice in Michigan, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, and the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and has successfully litigated numerous employment cases in both federal and state courts.
