Jessica G. Kingston advises and represents clients in a range of labor and employment matters, including wrongful termination, FMLA, discrimination, hostile work environment, harassment, and retaliation claims. Ms. Kingston has defended claims in federal and state court, as well as before the EEOC and the Michigan Department of Civil Rights. Before joining Littler, Jessica gained experience while working at Michigan law firms, as well as in-house, where she handled a variety of defense and litigation across state lines.
