Andrea M. Pike concentrates her practice in the areas of civil litigation, municipal law, labor and employment law, business and corporate law, intellectual property, real estate law, and estate and trust litigation. Mrs. Pike represents and counsels clients with respect to litigation, corporate, and municipal matters. She represents municipalities in all types of litigation defense, including constitutional violations, employment disputes, and third-party automobile negligence claims. Mrs. Pike also represents individuals and business owners to resolve civil, commercial, and probate disputes through litigation or negotiation. Prior to joining the firm in August 2014, Mrs. Pike was in-house corporate counsel for a group of medical practices where she handled all corporate transactions, focusing on business and employment law. She also worked for a business law firm in Saginaw County for two years, focusing her practice on litigation, business, and real estate. Mrs. Pike counseled business owners in areas of website protection, trademarks, buying and selling businesses and real estate, business planning, and enforcing contracts. She is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Michigan, Oakland County Bar Association, and Detroit Metropolitan Bar Association. Mrs. Pike is also a member of the Litigation, Young Lawyers, Labor & Employment Law, and Business Law Sections of the State Bar of Michigan.
