Kathleen A. Cieslik practices in the area of probate and estate planning, probate litigation, and nonprofit organizations. She advises clients with estates of all sizes and designs customized estate plans for the efficient management and transfer of assets to achieve goals such as wealth preservation, the protection of loved ones, and charitable giving. Ms. Cieslik represents clients in contested probate matters including guardianships and conservatorships as well as fiduciary litigation. In addition, she represents nonprofit organizations including drafting organizational documents and qualifying organizations for tax-exempt status. Ms. Cieslik is a council member of the Probate and Estate Planning Section of the State Bar of Michigan, a board member of the Planned Giving Roundtable of Southeast Michigan, and a member of the Oakland County Bar Association.
