Pete Hairston practices in the areas of estate planning, probate, trust administrations, and Medicaid applications. Prior to joining the firm, he was a judicial law clerk for the Hon. F. Kay Behm in the Genesee County Family and Probate Court. Mr. Hairston was responsible for reviewing and making recommendations to the judge regarding matters before the court, including custody and parenting disputes, domestic violence, and juvenile matters. He was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 2017.
