Hailey Schimmel is an attorney at the firm specializing in business litigation and trial work. She is on trial teams that specialize in matters concerning partnership and fiduciary and contractual duty breaches, and business torts. Before joining the firm, Ms. Schimmel gained valuable experience in courtroom matters through her service as a judicial law clerk in the Genesee County Business Court and the 20th District Court. She received her JD from Wayne State University Law School, where she was elected associate editor of their "Journal of Business Law." She was also a member of the Wayne Women's Law Caucus; served as a judicial extern in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan; and volunteered her time at Lakeshore Legal Aid. Ms. Schimmel is admitted to practice in both Michigan and New York.
