Nathan Robbins is an associate representing clients who have faced discrimination, retaliation, or wrongful discharge. He supports the firm's employment litigation team by drafting complaints, motions, and discovery responses, conducting depositions, and managing trial strategies, as well as conducting presuit litigation tasks such as drafting EEOC charges and demand letters and performing detailed legal research to inform attorneys on critical and evolving areas of law. Mr. Robbins received his JD cum laude from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and his BA in political theory and constitutional democracy from James Madison College at Michigan State University. He is admitted to practice in Michigan, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
